3 Weird Moves That Lift Your Butt

Hi! It’s Jess, your booty type trainer.

I was doing a booty type workout at home and I just did these 3 exercises that I think are kind of a little bit weird but they really work at lifting your booty.

I just did them and I feel like my booty went from low to high! If you want to get an instant booty lift, do these 3 moves:

Standing Leg Sweeps | 20 sec per side  If you have trouble balancing with this one you can hold onto the wall. Sweep one leg up and focus on flexing your upper glute (top of your bum). Make sure you feel that flex with each repetition.

Frog Pumps | 40 seconds  Put the bottoms of your feet together and your knees wide. Press up like your doing a glute bridge and squeeze your cheeks. It really works!

Side Lying Leg Lifts | 20 sec per side  Lay down on your belly and turn your hips to one side. Kick your top leg up and back at a 45 degree angle. Flex your glute with each lift.

Do each one for 20 seconds per side, or 40 seconds total, resting only 20 seconds between exercises and feel the lift!
