I guess what I’m trying to ask is this: When you look at your calendar each day, is activity an afterthought or is it intentional?

In order to beat belly fat, you want to make it intentional.

When you plan out your day, pencil in time for 20-minutes of speed walking, an advantageous exercise to burn belly fat.

You could go for a hike with your children.

You can go to the gym.

Also, keep up with your booty type training, which works to build muscle, blast away fat, and shape your booty so that you’ll feel great about your activity for the day.

Sleep Better

I’m not talking about “sleeping in” here.

Rather, I want you to sleep better.

There’s a huge difference between the two.

Here are some tips for you to sleep better: Go to sleep at a time that allows for at least 8 hours of sleep. Don’t look at your phone before you go to bed. Instead, read a book. Drink a calming tea (valerian or chamomile) before you go to sleep.

Make sleep a priority and you’ll literally burn fat with your eyes closed. 

Stress Less

We all get stressed out sometimes…

Unfortunately, chronic stress can keep you from losing weight, and even cause you to gain weight.

But you don’t have to live under the weight of stress.

Becoming self-aware of stress is a behavior that won’t only burn belly fat, but it’ll promote a better quality of life as well.

Try this next time you’re stressed:

When you feel anxious about something, literally point to where you’re feeling anxiety in your body.

Do you feel it in your chest? On your shoulders? In your stomach?

First of all, the more water you drink, the less room you’ll have to fill your stomach with food.

Also, studies have shown that an increased intake of water can boost your metabolism, which results in fat burning.
