Ever since I was younger I’ve been into health and fitness, bodyweight exercise and something called boot camp workouts. A long time ago a friend of mine who was in the health and fitness industry taught me that these types of exercises were a lot better for developing strength and overall conditioning. These workouts allow me to get my maximum strength, balance and coordination.

Oh, the cool part is I can also perform these exercises when doing a full total cardio workout. This program let’s you save time and money because you don’t need any weights and you don’t need a health club. Working out without weights is a quick and effective way to get results.

The book contains a number of videos displaying different strength and muscle gaining workouts as well as fat loss circuits.

They authors even put exercises I never even heard of before in the book. This is the type of stuff I look for because sometimes it gets boring doing the same exercises over and over. To see something new and different was quite refreshing.

I was really quite surprised to the number of workouts they found that didn’t requires weights. Adam Steer and Ryan Murdock are always coming up with new and unique ways to train and that brings me into the next part of this Bodyweight Exercise Revolution Review.

Let’s take a look at the authors behind this workout program. Another reason I’m enjoying this program is because I don’t want to get big or put on a lot of muscle and this program helps you to tone what you already have more than actually put on mass muscle. Don’t get me wrong as you’ll see a difference as I already am, but if you’re looking to bulk up something serious than this course isn’t for you.
