2-Minute Sizzle LEAN Workout (do this TODAY!)

Today I have the 2-Minute Sizzle Lean workout that you can do to skyrocket your fat burning throughout the rest of the day. Just add this to the end of your workout, or if you’re extremely crunched for time, at least get these 2 minutes in.

I’m all about working hard for short periods of time, so you must make every second count. We’re only going for 2 minutes here, so there’s no time to pace yourself!

Give it ALL you’ve got!

Lean Workout

We’re doing this Gauntlet style, which means the first exercise you do will also be the last exercise you do. It’s pretty straightforward – here we go!

Do each exercise for 30 seconds, one right after the other. There is no scheduled rest.

  • Wall Sprint – 30 seconds
  • Total Body Extensions – 30 seconds
  • Burpees – 30 seconds
  • Wall Sprint – 30 seconds

BOOM!!! You’re done already!

For the Wall Sprint, put both hands on the wall. Then run in place, driving your knees up as high as you can. It’s similar to High Knees Sprint in Place, except your hands are on the wall, which means you can’t use them for momentum.

Talk about a killer ab and conditioning exercise….it’s my new favorite!

If you have extra time to spare, or want advanced results, rest for 30 seconds in the end and repeat up to 4 more times.
That’s still ONLY 10 minutes…

And your body will be in fat-burning mode for the rest of the day, which doesn’t happen by going for a jog or using the elliptical machine.
