What You Need:

  • 2 large bunches curly Kale
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup hemp nuts

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/4 filtered water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

How To Make It:

  • Wash and pat dry kale leaves, removing center membrane and tearing kale leaf into only 2 or 3 large pieces. Set aside in a large bowl.
  • Measure remaining ingredients into blender and blend until creamy.

  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp. cold water
  • 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 8 medium jalapeno peppers
  • 16 slices of carefully sourced bacon
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make It:

  • Lightly toast the hazelnuts and coconut in a dry skillet set over medium heat. Set aside to cool.
  • Rinse the cashews under cold running water and drain well. Add them to the bowl of a small food processor, along with the paleo mayo, coconut butter, water and vinegar; process until smooth and creamy.
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic and mustard process to combine.
  • Throw in the toasted hazelnuts and coconut and give the mixture a few quick pulses until incorporated.
  • Refrigerate your filling for at least an hour to firm it up and preheat your oven to 375 F
  • Cut your jalapeno peppers in half and carefully remove the seeds and membranes.

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
