Early Bird Morning Workout For Maximum Fat Burning

This is a great simple workout you can do every morning to kick start your day and kick fat-burning into high gear. If possible I recommend doing this workout on an empty stomach. This will increase fat burning, but for those people who have problems working out on an empty stomach try to eat a small breakfast first which consist of some protein, carbs and fats.

My personal favorite is a piece of toast with a little bit of peanut butter and a cut up banana. Here’s the workout:

Instructions: Perform each exercise in the order listed below and after you perform each one take 60 to 90 seconds to rest and then start the next one.
