Is There Research to Support the Claims Made in Muscle by Jason Maxwell?

It’s always a good idea to check out the claims made by a product before you buy it. In the case of Muscle, that means looking at what Jason Maxwell says about body building and diet to see if the scientific community concurs with his recommendations.
